Australian Meat Industry Council

The Australian Meat Industry Council (AMIC) is the Peak Council that represents retailers, processors, exporters and smallgoods manufacturers in the post-farm-gate meat industry. Robert Radford is the Chairman of the Victorian Processors Council and Vice Chairman of the national Council. |
Australian Meat Processor Corporation

Australian Meat Processor Corporation (AMPC) is a national body representing all processors active in the red meat processing industry. Specifically, AMPC aims to promote, protect and further the rights and mutual interests of its Members. |
Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service

The Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) is part of the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF).
AQIS manages quarantine controls at our borders to minimise the risk of exotic pests and diseases entering the country. AQIS also provides import and export inspection and certification to help retain Australia’s highly favourable animal, plant and human health status and wide access to overseas export markets. Radford’s systems and procedures are fully compliant with AQIS controls and protocols. |
Cattle Council of Australia

The Cattle Council of Australia was established in July 1979 to represent and promote the interests of Australian beef cattle producers. This is achieved through wide and regular consultation with, and policy advice to, key industry organisations, relevant Federal Government Departments and other bodies regarding issues of national and international importance. Gippsland Natural Beef

Gippsland Natural Beef is as nature intended, a new brand from a dedicated group of Gippsland beef producers formed in 1999. They want to promote natural, grass-fed beef, produced by holding the welfare of the stock and land as paramount. Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand

JAS-ANZ is the government-appointed accreditation body for Australia and New Zealand responsible for providing accreditation of conformity assessment bodies (CABs) in the fields of certification and inspection. Accreditation by JAS-ANZ demonstrates the competence and independence of these CABs. Radfords enjoys the international recognition and acceptance of JAS-ANZ accredited certificates and inspection reports. |

Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) is a producer-owned company, working in partnership with industry and government to achieve a profitable and sustainable red meat and livestock industry. A major undertaking of MLA has been the development of the Meat Standards Australia … guaranteed eating quality program that labels beef and sheepmeat with a guaranteed grade and recommended cooking method. Radfords are the largest processor of MSA graded beef in Victoria.

National Association of Sustainable Agriculture Australia

Formed in 1986, The National Association for Sustainable Agriculture, Australia (NASAA) is the nation's leading organic certifier – focused on providing quality, cost efficient organic certification services. Radfords were the first Victorian and one of only a few Australian domestic meat processors with Certified Organic accreditation. |
National Farmers' Federation

The National Farmers' Federation (NFF) is the peak national body representing farmers and, more broadly, agriculture across Australia. It is one of Australia's foremost and respected lobbying and advocacy organisations.

National Livestock Identification Scheme

NLIS is Australia's system for livestock identification and traceability. It is a permanent whole-of-life system that allows individual animals to be identified electronically and tracked from property of birth to slaughter, for food safety, product integrity and market access purposes. Radfords are acknowledged leaders in the adoption and development of NLIS and were recently selected as the (DPI) preferred site to extend NLIS to comprehend “Cut to Carcass” traceability. |
Organic Federation of Australia

Victorian Government - The Department of Primary Industries
